Tuition Policy

I, _______________________________ register (my child ____________________) for a weekly _____ hour lesson for the __________ semester, 20___. I agree to pay for the semester either in full, bi-semester or on a monthly basis. Monthly payments are due the first of each month. Late payment (over 5 days) will be assessed an additional $15. The attached Tuition Payment Schedule details the actual monthly cost of the program, since the number of lessons varies according to the day of the month.

Make-ups are granted one /semester for each instrument studied, no matter what the reason. Make-ups are scheduled at the convenience of the instructor. All make-ups must be used by the end of the current semester.

Withdrawal from the semester is only possible by approval of the Director for serious illness that involves missing three or more lessons, broken hand/arm/ finger of the student or moving out of the area. One or two missed lessons do not qualify for this exemption from financial responsibility .

By signing below I state that I understand the above tuition policy and accept the financial commitment made here. I also have read the attached Bolton Community Music School Statement of Policies, and agree to abide by these policies.

Please do/do not put my name /telephone number/email (circle preferences) on the list for potential lesson swapping during the semester. This list enables students to exchange comparable lesson times ( 30 min for 30 min. etc) on a one-time basis. It is not changing your lesson time on the regular schedule.

If parents plan ahead this is an additional option if a student can't attend their lesson . The teacher is not responsible for arranging this . It is entirely between students and families. Notice of a lesson swap is appreciated so that the teacher is ready for the coming student.

We are located Exit 27 off 495, head .5 miles east (toward Stow) on Route 117. We are in a white colonial farmhouse at the junction of Route 117 (Main St.) and Long Hill Road.
